Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (for consumers only)

If you made a purchase on www.simonamateri.com as a consumer (i.e., a natural person acting for purposes outside of their business or professional activity), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send an explicit communication via email to:

In the message, you must include:

• the order number;
• the products you wish to return;
• your contact information (name, surname, address, email).

You will receive instructions for shipping the return.

2. Return Conditions

To accept a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be intact, unused, undamaged, and complete with its original packaging.
• All certificates, labels, and accessories received with the product must be included.
• The return must be shipped within 14 days of notification of withdrawal.

⚠️ Returns are not accepted for:

Customized or personalized products (Article 59, letter c, Legislative Decree 206/2005).

Unique or "one-of-a-kind" works created on commission.

Artistic or educational services already provided (e.g., completed courses or workshops).

3. Return Shipping

Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We recommend using a traceable shipping method and retaining the receipt until the refund is confirmed.

The return address will be provided via email in response to your return request.

4. Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.

Any original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was received defective or incorrect.

5. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, non-compliant, or different product than what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@simonamateri.com, attaching:

• Photo of the product and packaging;
• Description of the problem;
• Order number.

In these cases, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange or return, and you can choose between receiving a new item or a full refund.
