Unwearable landscapes

Techniques: plasma cutting, patina, dry printing
Materials: copper, Hahnemühle paper
The project investigates the concept of imaginative map.
The green of the oxides recalls physical geographical maps.
The map created does not exist in reality.
Wearing a map is impossible unless you want to transfer it into your interior.
To transfer an experience into one's own consciousness, to close oneself off from the influences of the external world, to acquire a greater intensity of spiritual life.
The AGC Contemporary Jewelry Association is a nonprofit organization created to promote and disseminate the culture of contemporary jewelry, understood as artistic research, innovation in the concept of ornamentation, experimentation with new materials and technologies, and the preservation, study, and updating of the historical heritage of knowledge and skills. It is a community open to artists, designers, artisans, gallery owners, critics, curators, journalists, collectors, teachers, schools, foundations, and cultural institutions who wish to deepen and develop their knowledge of contemporary jewelry.
