This month I am happy to share with you a new collection, designed and created in OFFICINE GATTAGLIO , the beautiful coworking that hosts me in Reggio nell'Emilia.

Àmano is a capsule collection of limited and numbered edition jewellery.
The collection is the result of the collaboration between Simona Materi And Marcello Ligabue , designers coming from different experiences and fields of design.
The opportunity for product development arises from sharing the work space, the Gattaglio workshops of Reggio Emilia, where the different experiences, materials and work tools favor contamination.
The concept was born from the idea of ​​moving some materials from their usual context of use.
Àmano is made up of a necklace, a long necklace and a modular bracelet.

The pieces are closed with a shiny bolt and threaded bar which is completed with a polyethylene food tube and a black insert to embellish the necklace and bracelet.
The capsule collection also houses a digital device in a plexiglass tube trunk NFC which certifies its authenticity and contains the numbering and technical details of the product. The user can also extend the data content using an NFC writing and reading app.
